RUSSIA is both in Europe and Asia and is therefore a CORRECT answer

The Spanish enclaves in North Africa are not mainland territory. Neither is the overseas departments of France.

One of the four is slightly contentious as souces disagree as to at which point Africa ends and Asia begins.

TURKEY is another correct answer- Europe end and Asia begins at the Bosphorus and Dardanelles. :)
