In the UK we have right hand drive cars, in the US they have left hand drive cars but there is one type of vehicle in the US of which there are over 200,000 that are right hand drive. If you drove one what job would you be doing?

Again good guesses but not correct. The reason why these vehicles are RHD is so that the driver can get out straight onto the pavement instead of into traffic if that helps...
