This British 4 wheeler (the rear wheels are much closer together) made its debut at the 1956 London motor show. It was made by a Herts company called Opperman. What type of vehicle did they usually make?

The fictional Sheffield singer John Shuttleworth who has appeared on several BBC radio and TV programmes over the last 20 years is a creation of comedian Graham Fellows but which was the first character created by Fellows when he was a 19 year old student at Manchester Polytechnic in 1978?
