LOL - good guess and close enough to make it pointless carrying on but it is exactly the opposite. It's the term given to wines that only use one type of grape in their production...

Mrs. WR showed me hers - ooh err missus. It's the curved blade with a handle on either end for chopping herbs. This surprised me - I must have used one dozens of times over the last 30 years without ever knowing what it was called.
