Herbert Sutcliffe has the highest test match average of any batsman to have played 50 tests for England - he's the only England player to average over 60. Which Surrey batsman of the 50s and 60s has the second highest? He sadly died of a heart attack in Barbados in 1981 while on tour with the England team as Assistant Manager.
