Recently deceased Scottish author Iain Banks wrote 15 fiction books (not including his sci-fi releases as Iain M Banks). Name them.

The Wasp Factory
The Crow Road
Espedair Street
Against a Dark Background
Transition
and his new book is called The Quarry. I might be wrong but I think this might be a struggle unless we have some closet Banks fans among our number...

5 correct there

Against a dark background was a sci-fi one (you know they are sci-fi if they are released under the name Iain M Banks).

The 2 biggest got there, one other very big one that was made into a film in 2000 starring Johnny Lee Millar and then we are on to the harder ones.

10 to go...

(I am a very big closet Banks fan, got all of them plus the Iain M Banks ones)
