I'm going to clue the others as they're very difficult to pluck from the ether. No JUS, U2 didn't make the list - I think the list excludes films that were essentially filming of concerts.

11. Soundtrack is folk/country/bluegrass; 2000 film set in the Depression featuring a jail break. Has a cult following but I thought it was dull.
12. 80s film with soundtrack from late 60s/early 70s. Haven't seen this but it's a bout a reunion of college friends at a funeral.
14. Never heard of this one. 1990s modern western - the film bombed, the soundtrack sold 6 million copies. The film featured the biggest selling artist you've never heard of in his film debut.
15. Classic 90s film which won many Oscars including Best Picture with sound track from 60s, 70s and 80s contemporary with the film's progession through time.
16. Live action and animated 90s film which I was forced to watch and constituted one of the biggest wastes of 1 1/2 hours of my life. Lead single was the dreadful I Believe I Can Fly by the equally dreadful R. Kelly.
17. 1990s romantic fantasy which I thought was quite good though has a sad ending. Features tracks by Alanis Morrisette, the Goo Goo Dolls and U2 so JUS should get this one.

11. O' Brother Where Art Thou
14. Wild Wild West (I sincerely hope this is wrong as it is awful!)
16. Oh my god! Space Jam! Who on earth bought that soundtrack?

All correct except #14 is not Wild Wild West. The male star was country legend George Strait "whooooo?", do I hear you cry? Well he's the 12th biggest recording star of all time in the US having sold 70 million albums. Two words: P*** C******
