What single creature on earth that has the longest body length when it extends its body?

Google does not seem to have the appropriate answer.

Any one has any idea?

Thought this might be a jellyfish so I had a look in Wiki...

The lion's mane jellyfish, Cyanea capillata, have long been cited as the largest known jellyfish, and are arguably the longest animal in the world, with fine, thread-like tentacles up to 36.5 m (120 feet) long (though most are nowhere near that large.

I am not sure if you answer is correct. As the question is about extending the body, while jellyfish's length is mainly tentacles.

From the web, there is also quote for the answer of ribbon worm, which has example to 54m (177 ft). And seems to be more relevant when talking about extending the body.

Of course, blue whale is also very long, in terms of its normal size. But its body is not quite extend-able.

Anyone has any other inputs?

Just viewed your link and that is long (177ft) I could argue that the jellyfish is longer if you pull its tentacles in opposite directions, then it would be 220 ft. but if your only counting the body the worm wins.

That is correct. I agree. Tentacle to tentacle measure outbid the worm.

But for only body measure, the worm is the winner. Very Happy
