I'm trying to find a few food and edible things that are capital cities. So far I have:

St John's Wort - Antigua
Muscat grapes - Oman
Moscow Mule - Russia
Lima Beans - Peru
Victoria Sponge - Seychelles
Singapore Sling - Singapore
London Cheesecake - UK
Jerusalem Artichoke - Israel
Chicken Kiev - Ukraine
Brussel Sprouts - Belgium
Beef Wellington - New Zealand

Can anyone think of any more?
