JM Barrie's neice or nephew used to say "Will you be my friend?", but due to a speech defect it came out as "Wendy".

Just a guess, probably not right.......in which case can you either give a clue or the answer and a new question to keep things moving....we need a time limit for these starred topics.... people seem to get bored quickly and I'd rather they didn't disappear into oblivion. :D
