Although its possibly a flagrant breach of the rules, can I expand this a bit? I've got a very topical picture which I would have used had I had it in time. You might submit a caption to either. I'm sure JUS will give me some stick if its a problem.

Sorry I've been a while. Been offline. Did you know that if you change the name of the bill payer on your BT phone, it automatically cuts off your broadband? I had to restart with a new account. Mad! (I was.)
