Who was the last king of england and scotland??? I have answers ranging from James VI James VII ans William III. Can anyone clarify which is the correct answer. I think it is William III Help!

Another one is the colour of Yaks milk. The usual answer is PINK but I have been informed it is a rich creamy colour and never has been PINK.

Please help.

Certainly not one of my best subjects, but would it not be James V1 of Scotland (james the 1st of England)? Union of the crowns and all that (1603).

I would also guess William III. The Act of Union was in 1707 so all kings subsequent to that would have been King of the United Kingdom. William III was the last king before 1707 so sounds like the right answer.

I've drunk yak's milk and it is the slightly yellowy off-white colour that my once brilliant white ceiling is after three years of cigarette smoke discolouration. But it's nearer to white than any other colour.

Could it be George VI. i.e. the father of our present Queen, or is the reasoning too obtuse.
