Hi all,

Great site by the way. I am organising a couple of quiz nights over the summer and I would like some help from the masters of the Quiz!

I would like to include a couple of mini-games between rounds. Have you any suggestions?

The ones I have so far include;
1. Scissors and a A4 sheet provided. Must cut a hole in the piece so that you can bring it down over your body without ripping it.
2. Tallest free standing structure using 3 pieces of A4 and a piece of blue tac.

Maybe you could do a paper aeroplane one.............furthest distance flown?
Maybe you could give them the first line of a limerick to finish off, relevent to the place you are quizzing at or yourself or even a current news story and the funniest one wins?
Maybe get them to make a paper cup that will hold a certain volume of water for a few seconds......might be too messy

Best origami elephant or other creature without ripping the paper etc.?

A rock, paper, scissors knock out tournament (one representative from each team) till one person left?

I've never tried any of the above btw as am not a QM.......so just suggestions.

Simon Says - Also goes down well
catching ruler between thumb and finger - not as easy as it sounds
Peel an orange - longest single piece of orang peel wins

Well, it's an interesting quiz with fun elements.
you can add questions like:

How to tie yourself up with a rope?
How to escape from Handcuffs?
